You need 500 of each to make an Ascended weapon, and 200500 of each to make a piece of Ascended armour (depending on the piece). When you craft it will pull from the bank tabs first then crafting storage. Materials are easy to get in the game. You can farm or do the more profitable metas for salvage materials.
